Mother's Day Blessings

I have just been blessed this morning

We mothers sacrifice time, sleep and more for our beautiful gifts from God. It is true that a girl cannot know this until she becomes a mother herself. I often have to remind myself that my own mother made sacrifices for me, loved me and cared for me in her best way, as I am doing with my little ones.

As we celebrate Mother's Day, let us all remember our mothers, grandmothers, mother-figures, and our children. Gifts are unnecessary but sweet when given from the hands of a child. My gift was to sleep in this morning as my husband watched cartoons with the little one. That was more precious to me than anything that comes in a box!
